Processing fees

Where a processing fee or similar charge is collected, it is for assessment, documentation and operational effort. Applicable fees are disclosed before collection.

Refund conditions

• Website enquiries themselves do not attract a fee.
• If a collected fee is eligible for refund under the specific product terms or a written commitment, LSFL will process it to the original payment source or by bank transfer after verification.
• Fees may be non-refundable once credit assessment or third-party verification has commenced, except where required by law or a documented error by LSFL.
• Refund requests should include name, phone, date of payment and proof of payment.
